FIFA 14 Gold Packs

Hi everyone,

when i started fifa 14 (using FUT for first time) i had got 4 gold packs alongwith the same.

it were showing in MY PACKS. but after a few days it dissapered eventhough i didnt redeem them.

i tried uninstall install log in log out but then to it shows ur packs have already been redeeemed but i havent redeemed them.

Can anyone suggest me on the same or say what actually hapened to them

And the moral, redeem the packs once you enter the code :P
