Look on the tab from your screen
1. Click on "export" (icon with the green arrow) and save the norway flag
2. Open the .png and change the norway flag with kazakhstan + save
3. Import the new file im CMComment

i know about the sizes. i do the same way like you advised me. and i try to make myy own 256x256 .png file. i wasn't able to install the new flagComment

Try this:
1. export in file master the norway flag (data/ui/artAssets/countryflags/f_1352.big)
2. search for fifa file explorer and open the big with the program
3. change the flag with it (look in Docs for a tutorial) and save changes
4. copy the file to FIFA13/data/ui/artAssets/countryflags and regenerateComment
