Bumps(glossy) Tutorial for all who don't manage that!

Man can you explain me please how to make the bumps for the kits, i don't manage it, if it is made with nVidia tools..tell me how..

HI I decided to make this thread so I won't recieve lots of PMs asking about bumps. watch out:
1. Oped the PSD of a kit you wanna make the bump for
2. Delete all the layers wich contain logos
3. Using blending options for all layers, colour overlay kit in violetcolor, kit details (such as lines, crosses, etc) will be coloured withpink, collar and sleeves stitches will be coloured with pal green, and captain armband with white(same as neck understrip
4. Save as PNG.
5. Go Paint and click options-> resize/skew and set height: 50% and lenght: 25%
6. FIle-> Save. (and the kit bump(glossy) is ready )
7. At the short, it's the same, make the short violet and the shorts pal green
8. For details take one of my bumps or fifa bumps as first step

That's all, hope I speaked clearly enough, so you guys can understand!
