Change kit numbers - help

Hello.
I'm playing a career mode with Sheffield Wednesday, and i got promoted. I would like to know if it's possible to change the FL Championship numbers to the BPL kit numbers.
I'm new with modding, so i don't know where else i can ask this question

Yes, Revolution Mod 16 allows you to do this.
