Mega Polish League Patch 16

This year I will concentrate on my home leagues. This patch will be made in colaboration with FifaPolonia and Fifaserwis (new faces are also welcome).

Expected content:
1. Liga with full rosters (second level)
2. Liga with full rosters (third level)
Rest of Poland with full rosters (mainly fourth level +Widzew and some others)
+expanded Polish Cup
+last years EURO converted grounds (most likely)
+real club rivals

Status: on going.
All of the teams have real rosters. The database is converted except the rest of Poland with only real player names but without positions and ovrls. It will be updated soon.
Graphics:
Kits ~50-5%
Banners 70%
Flags: 20%
Logos: 95% (some will need to be replaced with better quality ones)
Minikits 0%!

Still I waight for an tournament editor to set the career mode properly.

New screens. As you can see the 1 and 2 liga work in tournament mode (Rest of Poland has a bug, but I will figure out whats wrong). I hope I will be able to make it work in career mode either.
The database is finished and only needs to have some minor adjustments+squad file update.

Some new pictures. Changelog:
-updated transfers in all of the leagues (based on the present squad file)
-new, more realistic weather settings for Poland
-fixed team overalls in the added leagues
-added career newspictures (for now Legia, Wisła, Lech, Lechia & GKS Tychy)
