EA SPORTS FC 25 has released the second squad of the UEFA Dreamchasers promo, and it brings a fresh batch of standout players from European competitions. Just like the first team, Dreamchasers Team 2 mixes current stars with football legends through special Icons, Heroes, and players from the Champions League, Europa League, and Women’s Champions League.
Here’s a full breakdown of what’s included, which players are featured, and how this promo fits into the current FC 25 cycle.
What is the Dreamchasers Promo in FC 25?
Dreamchasers is a themed event in FC 25 Ultimate Team that focuses on players who have impressed in UEFA tournaments. That includes those still active in this season’s competitions and others who’ve made history in the past.
The cards are split into five categories:
- UEFA Champions League (UCL)
- UEFA Europa League (UEL)
- UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL)
- Icons (retired legends)
- Heroes (memorable former players)
Dreamchasers cards do not upgrade like RTTF (Road to the Final) items. Their ratings are fixed, but many come with up to three PlayStyle+ traits, which add major boosts to how they perform in-game.
For many players, opening FUT packs is one of the most exciting parts of Ultimate Team. You never really know what you’re going to get, and that surprise makes it fun, kind of like spinning the reels in the top online slots at UK casinos. Both are based on luck, and both give you that quick moment of hope that you might get something amazing

There’s also a Dreamchasers-themed Evolution in Ultimate Team. Players can upgrade cards like Mohamed Salah using the Egyptian King Evolution, giving him even better stats depending on your progress.
Why Dreamchasers Matters Right Now
With Team of the Season (TOTS) around the corner, power levels in Ultimate Team are increasing fast. Dreamchasers Team 2 gives players a chance to build competitive squads before TOTS arrives.
It also includes some of the most balanced and creative cards we’ve seen this season. Xavi’s 99 passing and three PlayStyle+ traits, for example, make him stand out in midfield. Thuram’s all-round defending makes him one of the strongest full-backs currently available.
Many Ultimate Team fans are happy to see a good mix of men’s and women’s footballers in this promo. Players like Katie McCabe, Khadija Shaw, and Caroline Weir have earned their spots with strong performances in real-life European matches.
Icons like Kaká, Xavi, and Thuram are also welcome returns for longtime FIFA players who remember their impact in past titles.
What’s Coming Next?
The Dreamchasers promo will end on April 4, and EA has confirmed the arrival of the FUT Immortals event.
That event will introduce the long-awaited return of Franz Beckenbauer, among others. With TOTS arriving later in April, things are heating up in Ultimate Team, and Dreamchasers Team 2 has helped build momentum nicely.

Dreamchasers Team 2 brings another round of strong cards, with a solid balance between modern-day stars and football legends. The inclusion of women’s footballers continues to grow, and the Icons and Heroes are more impactful than ever thanks to the new PlayStyle+ system.
With TOTS just around the corner, now’s a good time to test some of these cards and get ready for the next big wave of content.
